There under the tree was a Kindle Fire with your name on it. (Assuming we’re talking about a Christmas tree and not that you just happened to find a Kindle Fire underneath a random tree at the city park, though that would be pretty cool, too.)

Now, you need content. You’ve already put “Peaved Birds” on there, three episodes of “Seinfeld” and one episode of a “SpongeBob” for the kids, but now you want some meaty content. A novel you can sink your teeth into. A book you can sit in the park and read and people will think, “Wow, that woman’s an intellectual, reading in the park like that” or “Hey! That looks like the Kindle Fire I set down under a tree while playing catch with my son last week!”

If your reading tastes turn to time travel, fantasy, western, detective or romance … I’ve got you covered. Or maybe someone you know got a Kindle Fire (or a Nook Color) for Christmas and now you’d like to bless them with a gift of reading. On the next blog down, you’ll find reading to suit every taste–and just about every budget, especially if your budget tops out at 99 cents!! So fire up that Kindle Fire and start reading.

But if you stand up to stretch or something, don’t leave it laying underneath a tree, OK?
